All orders are processed Monday-Friday with the exception of National Holidays from our New York location. We ship within 1-3 business days after your order is processed. All orders placed after 3PM EST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. returns & exchanges
If you are not satisfied by your purchase, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and we will issue you a Return Authorization form. Upon receiving the completed form we will issue you a return shipping label to complete your return. The item must be sent back with the original dust bag, box and shoe in un-worn condition within 10 days of receiving your purchase for an exchange, store credit, or refund. A $10 return-shipping fee will be applied to your return. We reserve the right to use discretion against any returns that show wear or damage to the item.
